What The Heck Do I Do With This Syrup?

The Golden Ratio:

1/2-3/4oz citrus juice (~half lemon or lime)

1/2 to 1oz Daddy’s Cocktail Syrup 

4-6oz Seltzer 

*2oz Spirit of choice (optional)

Are These Like Traditional Cocktail Mixers?

No. These are flavored syrups made from organic cane sugar, and they love to play with a squeeze of fresh citrus such as lemon or lime and/or bitters. If you like it bubbly add some seltzer; If you like it boozy add a spirit of choice. (Like whatever you’ve got lying around the house).

Are You Really A Bartender?

YES! Before moving to Portland with my family I was the bar manager for Rustic Canyon Restaurant Group in Santa Monica California for eight years. Here in Portland I’ve worked at Little Bird Bistro and Laurelhurst Market.

How Quickly Can I Expect My Order To Arrive?

We ship primarily with UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail services, which is typically within 2-5 business days. Shipping delays during inclement weather (Covid included) can push things back a bit though, hang in there. If for some reason there is a delay on our end with production, We will communicate that directly to you.

Are You Fully Licensed?

Yes, We're fully licensed by the Oregon Department of Agriculture, have a GMP certification, as well as all of our formulas and processes filed with the FDA.

Will You Be Doing Any Special Gift Boxes For The Holidays?

Yes! In the past We’ve made cocktail kits for gift boxes which include; two bottles of syrup, some fresh citrus, and a bottle of bitters. The only thing we don’t include is the booze. We also offer a subscription service, an ideal gift idea, which includes a box of syrups, (two 8oz bottles) delivered each quarter (every three months).
